May was a fantastic month for Wolf Creek Lodge!

On Thursday, May 19th, the sun was shining and the tractors started to move. Grading, digging for the parking garage, and filling in the upper road are all underway. By mid-June, the contractor should be pouring the concrete for the garage. Move-in date now looks like July, 2012.

As if that isn’t enough good news, May was a bonanza month for gaining new members! We have four new households, and only seven homes are left for sale. If you’ve been on the fence, now is the time to move. We are all busy “personalizing” our homes by choosing options, such as sustainably grown bamboo flooring, kitchen countertop selections, bathroom fixtures, and more. The deadline for choosing options is right around the corner, too: June 30th. We’ve even begun planning our common meals. I can almost smell the aroma of freshly baked bread and hear the clink of glasses toasting our new home as we gather for a common dinner in our huge dining room or out on the terrace overlooking our beautiful site. We hope you will be there with us.
